General, Limited and Comprehensive Advice

We provide unbiased financial advice to employees, households and investors.

We can provide “general advice” where we explain products, strategies and solutions for typical financial problems without considering your individual circumstances. For example, we may be engaged to conduct seminars or workshops for employees to explain the benefits of salary packaging, superannuation, or the terms of an employee share offer. We specialise in providing “limited” personal advice which is designed to address a specific financial issue that you may face. Limited advice would be expected to solve the particular problem: such as choosing an appropriate investment portfolio, selecting suitable superannuation investment options, or assessing the benefits of salary packaging for your own individual circumstances.
Such specific advice resolves specific financial issues.

We may also be engaged to provide “comprehensive advice” which would address all the important aspects of your financial life. Comprehensive advice involves the full and detailed professional assessment of your financial position, and a thoroughly detailed financial plan. Comprehensive advice provides comprehensive solutions.

Commission Refund Service

As recently advertised in Money Magazine, our ongoing clients enjoy the reduction, rebate or immediate return of all financial product commissions that would otherwise be paid to us as their nominated adviser. This keeps our practice independent and free from the conflicts of interest that commissions create. And you pay only for the services you want. Naturally, we will always reduce financial product entry fees to nil for any clients who invest through our license.

We have found that many investors and self managed super funds are happy to engage our services solely for the refunding of product trailing commissions (i.e. without our advice or opinion of their particular investment products or portfolio). Accordingly, our Commission Refund Service may also be taken as a “stand alone” service.
